THE RIG

The RIG is a handmade 16 foot BBQ trailer that is designed to be able to feed the masses as well as being able to pull into your driveway for your next backyard event. In 2016 the RIG was created using all re-purposed metals. Starting with the smoker and ending with fully closeable sides and a roof, the RIG is built to serve awesome BBQ in an efficient manner.

Some features of the RIG are a custom built pit (11 foot offset smoker) with  a a 30 x 30 firebox. A built-in 4-foot charcoal grill, warming cabinets, , a built-in flat top griddle, a 3 burner stove top, full stainless steel prep station, hand wash sink,  water holding tank, and a lighting system for nighttime BBQ events.

All in all the RIG is equipped well and ready to serve you no matter how big or small your catering needs may be.
